This AI-powered, 4-channel barebone unit is ideal for integration into UL-certified end products. It offers up to 4K at 12/15 fps and includes two audio-in and four configurable I/O ports. Plus, FAKRA connectors ensure secure installation. 

 

Flexible and cost-efficient

Sold without a casing, this UL-recognized barebone unit is perfect for integration into UL-certified end products. It offers up to four 4K channels at 12/15 fps per channel. With several sensor units to choose from, you can use up to four different sensor units simultaneously. Including two audio-in ports and four configurable I/O ports, it’s possible to connect external microphones and wired accessories. This barebone main unit also ensures lower total cost of ownership compared to conventional camera solutions. For instance, it requires only one video management software (VMS) license instead of four. What’s more, Zipstream with H.264/ H.265 significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements.

Featuring a deep learning processing unit (DLPU), this AI-powered barebone unit lets you run advanced features and powerful analytics at the edge. For instance, it comes with AXIS Object Analytics preinstalled to detect, classify, track, and count humans and types of vehicles. This DLPU also delivers valuable metadata facilitating efficient forensic search capabilities in live or recorded video. With AXIS Sensor Metrics Dashboard preinstalled, you can gather information from connected devices including the integrated accelerometer sensor, as well as external Modbus sensors and GPS devices. Furthermore, this barebone main unit includes a built-in USB port that’s prepared for future applications. 

Protected from the inside and out

This four-channel barebone unit includes Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform that safeguards the device and protects sensitive information from unauthorized access. And it offers FIPS 140-2 Lever 2 certified, secure cryptographic key storage and operations. Furthermore, FAKRA connectors provide a tight connection with the cable ensuring ruggedized installation.
